Godrej Industries Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 29, 2008, to consider buyback of equity shares subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled on the same day for amendment of Articles of Association of the Company permitting the Company to buyback its shares.
