HT Media Ltd (HTML) has informed that the Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 21, 2008 has allotted 22,600 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each of HTML to the Shareholders of Go4i.com (India) Pvt Ltd (GIPL), pursuant to the Scheme sanctioned by Honble High Court of Delhi on September 13, 2007.
