The committee of Walchandnagar Industries has issued and allotted 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rodin Holdings Inc. and 7,69,310 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Olsson Holdings Inc. by way of conversion of warrants.
With the above allotment of shares the total promoters' holding in the company has gone up from 50.04% to 54.99%.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 29 July 2008.
