Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed that in accordance with the directions of Honorable High Court at Judicature at Bombay, a meeting of Equity Shareholders of the Company was held on August 08, 2008. The members of the Company at the aforesaid Meeting have through Ballot Paper approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Leela Scottish Lace Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary with the Company.
