The board of Marsons has approved the allotment of 3,15,67,900 equity shares of Rs 2 each of the company to the shareholders of erstwhile Marson's Transformers consequent to the scheme of amalgamation of Marson's Transformers with the company vide the order of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.
