The board of Premier has approved the allotment of 23,18,053 equity shares of Rs 10 each, at a price of Rs 39.43 per share to Doshi Holdings, one of the promoters of the company against the conversion of equivalent number of convertible warrants, issued to them earlier on preferential basis.
