Rolta India Allots Equity Shares - Aug 09 , 2008

The committee of Rolta India has allotted 37,202 equity shares (including bonus shares in the ratio 1:1) of the face value of Rs 10 each to eligible employees consequent to exercise of stock options, under the company's ESOP-2003 and ESOP- 2005 plans.

These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 08 August 2008.
