Wipro Ltd has informed that Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their resolution dated August 05, 2008 resolved to issue and allot 9284 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Wipro Employee Stock Options Plan 2000 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
