Amrutanjan Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 11, 2008, inter alia, to consider and approve, the proposal for buy-back of equity shares of the Company u/s 77A of the Companies Act, 1956 and Securities Exchange Board of India (Buy back of Securities) Regulations, 1998.
