Century Extrusions Ltd has informed that the company has been granted the Voluntary De-listing of listed securities of the Company by the Board of Directors of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd (CSE) on the August 30, 2008 as per SEBI (Delisting of Securities) Guidelines - 2003. Hence the Company stands delisted from the official list of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd (CSE).
Further the CSE has allowed equity shares of the Company to be traded under the Permitted Category
