Kadamb Constructions Ltd has informed that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 25, 2008 to September 30, 2008 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company and for the purpose of ascertaining entitlement of shareholders to subscribe in the Re-Issue of Forfeited shares on proportionate basis (Right Issue)
