Kotak Mahindra Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP - Sep 20, 2008

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on September 19, 2008, has allotted 51,472 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Option as under:
- ESOP Plan Series 2002-03/06 : 18,732 equity shares
- ESOP Scheme Series 2005/01 : 19,740 equity shares
- ESOP Scheme Series 2007/02 : 13,000 equity shares
