Mobile Tele Communications Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2008, inter alia, has approved the sub-division in the face value of the equity shares from Rs 10/- each to Re 1/- each and the consequential alterations in the memorandum & articles of association of the Company
