Zen Technologies Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed on September 26, 2008 have allotted 450,000 equity shares of the Company to the following persons consequent to conversion of share warrants issued on January 18, 2008:
1. Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala : 225,000
2. Mrs. Rekha Jhunjhunwala : 225,000
