Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd has informed that the equity shareholders of the Company at its Court Convened Meeting held on September 27, 2008, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of MKJ Jewellery Pvt. Ltd., Transferor Company with Zodiac-JRD-MKJ Ltd., the Transferee Company.
