D-Link India Ltd has informed that pursuant to an Order made on November 24, 2008, the High Court of Judicature of Bombay at Goa has directed that a meeting of the equity shareholders of the Company will be held on December 29, 2008, for the purpose of considering and, if thought fit, approving with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Arrangement between D-Link (India) Ltd (i.e. the Applicant Company) and SmartLink Network Systems Ltd and their respective shareholders and creditors (the Scheme).
