Austin Engineering Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 08, 2009, inter alia, has decided to buy-back maximum 4,50,000 Equity shares at price not exceeding Rs 65/- per share for an aggregating amount not exceeding Rs 2,92,50,000 and acquisition of minimum 50000 Equity shares.
