HDFC Have Approved Allotment Of Equity Shares - Jan 14, 2009

HDFC Bank have approved allotment of 1,78,725 equity shares to the employees of the Bank under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

It was decided at the investor grievance (share) committee meeting held on 14 January 2009.
