ITC Ltd has informed that the Company on January 19, 2009 has issued and allotted 3,88,040 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each, upon exercise of 38,804 Options by Optionees under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes.
Consequently, with effect from January 19, 2009, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 377,18,98,570/- divided into 377,18,98,570 Ordinary Shares of Re 1/- each.
