The board of Platinum Corporation has allotted the 2,40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each at a premium of Re 0.25 per share to non-promoters and 50,00,000 equity shares of Rs 1 each at a premium of Re 0.25 per share to promoters on preferential basis.
