Hindustan Unilever Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Board, at its meeting held on February 20, 2009, has allotted 3,34,026 Equity Shares of Re 1/- each under ESOP.
Therefore, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to 217,979,957 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,00,35,729 shares.
