- Name of the allotte: SRY Crust
No. of Shares allotted: 22,34,907
With the above allotment the paid up capital of the Company will be enhanced from Rs 44,98,42,750/- divided into 44,98,42,750 equity shares of Rs 1 each to Rs 45,23,77,657/- divided into 45,23,77,657 equity shares of Re 1 each.
