Allcargo Global Logistics Ltd has informed that the Company has acquired 6,095,223 equity shares of Gateway Distriparks Ltd constituting 5.97% of the total paid up capital from the open market through M/s. Sealand Terminals Pvt. Ltd., the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Necessary disclosure as required under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 1997 has already been made by M/s. Sealand Terminals Pvt. Ltd. to the Exchange and Gateway Distriparks Ltd.
