HDFC Bank Approved Allotment Of 22,494 Equity Shares At A Meeting- March 5, 2009

HDFC Bank Ltd has informed that the Investor Grievance (Share) Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on March 05, 2009, have approved allotment of 22,494 equity shares to the employees of the Bank under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
