Kotak Mahindra Bank - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP- March 9, 2009

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on March 06, 2009, has allotted 87,500 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Option as under:

- Plan Series 2002-03/06 : 850 equity shares

- Plan Series 2005/02 : 86,650 equity shares
