Sri Ganapathy Mills Company Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2009, inter alia, has considered the issue of equity shares on preferential basis. Accordingly the Company proposes to conduct the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (E.G.M.) on May 20, 2009.
