This was approved at the shareholders meeting held on 07 June 2008.

The equity shareholders of Mahindra & Mahindra have approved the arrangement embodied in the scheme of amalgamation of Mahindra Holdings & Finance with Mahindra and Mahindra and their respective shareholders.

This was approved at the court convened meeting held on 14 April 2008.

Kirloskar Electric Company Ltd has informed that in the meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company held on March 24, 2008, the Equity Shareholders of the Company have approved the Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation of Kirloskar Power Equipment Ltd and Kaytee Switchgear Ltd with the Company, as proposed.
