Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on September 11, 2008 has issued and allotted 8,14,444 Equity Shares to 4 Convertible Warrants holders from whom the Company has received requisite balance subscription monies. Consequent thereupon, the paid up capital of the Company is increased from Rs 10,46,00,000 to Rs 11,27,44,440

Asian Oilfield Services Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 16, 2008, has issued and allotted 12,00,000 Equity Shares to 2 Convertible Warrants holders from whom the Company has already received the balance subscription money of Rs 18.45 per warrant. Consequent upon the allotment of said Equity Shares, the paid up capital of the Company has been increased from Rs 7,76,00,000 to Rs 8,96,00,000.
