Baba Arts Allots Equity Shares - Aug 01, 2008

The board of Baba Arts has allotted 6,00,000 equity shares of Rs 4 each at a premium of Rs 40 per share to promoters (2,00,000) & non promoters (4,00,000) against exercise of warrants.

The board has decided to convene annual general meeting on 04 September 2008.

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 31 July 2008.

Baba Arts Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company vide Circular Resolution effective July 11, 2008 have allotted 4,00,000 equity shares of Rs 4/- each for cash at a premium of Rs 40/- per share (total price of Rs 44/- per share) to the following persons belonging to promoter group against exercise of Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants held by them:

No. of shares allotted : 1,00,000

2. Name of the Person : Shri. Raju P Tanwani
No. of shares allotted : 3,00,000.
