Financial Technologies - Allotment Of Equity Shares
Financial Technologies India Ltd has informed that the Committee of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2008 has allotted 68,455 equity shares to the employees of the Company on account of conversion of Stock Options under Option II of ESOP 2005 Scheme of the Company.
