Gujarat State Petronet - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 28, 2008, inter alia, has approved allotment of 143116 equity shares of Rs 10/- each under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2005 (ESOP-2005) of the Company.
