It was decided at the investor grievance (share) committee meeting held on 14 January 2009.

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on August 07, 2008, allotted 8,359 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,21,85,290 consisting of 28,42,18,529 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
