Lloyds Metals & Engineers Ltd has informed that the Committee of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 25, 2008 has allotted 50,00,000 Equity Shares @ Rs 2 each at a premium of Rs 16.40 to the Warrant holders on exercising their option for conversion of their Warrants into Equity shares as per the terms.
