Monnet Ispat Ltd has informed that the Company has increased the paid-up equity share capital by making an allotment of 1429554 equity shares of Rs 10/- each comprising of 1290431 Equity Shares allotted upon conversion of 1400 FCCBs due 2010 and 139123 Equity Shares allotted upon conversion of 10 FCCBs due 2011.
