Orbit Corporation Acquires 100% Equity Shares Of Orbit Residency - July 12, 2008

Orbit Corporation has acquired 100% equity shares of Orbit Residency, consequent to which it has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The prime objective of Orbit Residency is to acquire small size plots of up to 1000 sq meters or yielding a saleable area of less than 35000 sft.
