Rain Commodities Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 10, 2009, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 3.70 per equity share (i.e. 37% on a face value of Rs 10/- per equity share fully paid up) for the Financial Year ended on December 31, 2008.
