Satyam Computer - Allocation Of Equity Shares - May 06, 2009

Satyam Computer Services Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company allotted 30,27,64,327 equity shares on preferential basis to M/s. Venturbay Consultants Pvt. Ltd a subsidiary controlled by Tech Mahindra Ltd, vide circular resolution dated May 05, 2009.

Further, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 67,39,58,020 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 134,79,16,040.00 to 97,67,22,347 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 195,34,44,694.00.

Board Of Satyam Computer Allotted Of Equity Shares - April 13, 2009

The Board of Directors of the Satyam Computer Services Ltd on April 09, 2009 had allotted 63,228 equity shares under stock option plans of the Company. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Company has gone up from 673,894,792 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,347,789,584.00 to 673,958,020 equity shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs 1,347,916,040.00.

Satyam Computer Services Allots Equity Shares - Aug 06 , 2008

The committee of Satyam Computer Services has allotted 35,005 equity shares under stock option plans of the company.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 672,879,170 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs 1,345,758,340 to 672,914,175 equity shares of Rs 2 each aggregating Rs 1,345,828,350.

These shares were allotted by the compensation committee through circular resolution dated 05 August 2008.
