Tech Mahindra To Grant Stock Options At Price Of Equity Share - April 27, 2009

Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed that the resolution passed by the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on April 27, 2009, for grant of 45,000 stock options (covering 45,000 equity shares of the Company) at an exercise price of Rs 340 per share (being the latest available closing price on The National Stock Exchange of India Ltd as of April 24, 2009, in line with the requirements of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999), to certain employees and directors of the Company and / or its holding and subsidiary Companies, under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006) of the Company.

Tech Mahindra Passed Resolution For Issue And Allotment Of 510 Equity Shares- March 13, 2009

Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed about the resolution passed by the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on March 12, 2009, for issue and allotment of a total of 510 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to various applicants, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

Tech Mahindra - Allots Equity shares Under ESOP

Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed that the resolution passed by the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company held on May 15, 2008 for issue and allotment of a total of 81,340 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to various applicants, as under:
1. 13,610 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan
2000 (ESOP 2000).
2. 67,730 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan
2006 (ESOP 2006).

Tech Mahindra - Allotment Of Equity Shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has informed that the resolution passed by the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on February 19, 2008 for issue and allotment of a total of 1,910 equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company to various applicants, as under:

- 600 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan2000 (ESOP 2000).

- 1,250 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).
