Wipro Ltd has informed that the Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their circular resolution dated September 18, 2008 resolved to issue and allot 118918 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under the Companys Employee ESOPs 2000 Plan and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004

Wipro - Allotment Of Equity Shares - Sep 6, 2008
Wipro Ltd has informed that the Administrative Committee of the Companys Board of Directors vide their circular resolution dated September 05, 2008 resolved:
1. To issue and allot 56200 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
2. Allotted 1752 equity shares of par value of Rs 2/- to JP Morgan Chase Bank, the Companys depository as underlying shares in respect of ADRs to be issued and allocated to the purchasers, pursuant to the exercise of the stock options granted to the employees under the Companys ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan - 2004
1. To issue and allot 56200 equity shares of Rs 2/- each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004.
2.
