Camson Bio Technologies Allots Equity Shares - Jan 28, 2009

The board of Camson Bio Technologies has allotted 39 lakhs equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 10 per share upon exercise of right of conversion of warrants by the warrantholders.These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 24 January 2009.
