Opto Circuits India Allots Convertible Share Warrants - Jan 12, 2009

Opto Circuits India has allotted 5,40,000 convertible share warrants to Vinod Ramnani, promoter director in 2007 at Rs 360 per warrant. The company has converted these warrants in to 5,40,000 equity sares and allotted the same to Vinod Ramnani on 12 January 2009.
