WS Industries India Has Resolved To Issue Equity Shares - Jan 29, 2009

The board of WS Industries India has resolved to issue 3,50,000 non-convertible cumulative redeemable preference shares of Rs 100 each to Vensunar.

This was resolved at the board meeting held on 28 January 2009.
