Trigyn Technologies Allots Equity Shares - Aug 05 , 2008

The board of Trigyn Technologies has allotted 2,500 equity shares to the employees of the company in terms of ESOP 2000.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased from 2,50,02,986 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 25,00,29,860 to 2,50,05,486 equity shares of Rs 10 each aggregating Rs 25,00,54,860.

These shares were allotted at the board meeting held on 30 July 2008.

Nagarjuna Construction : Allotment Of Equity Shares - Aug 04 , 2008

Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on August 01, 2008 has allotted 7530 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each @ Rs 22/- per share arising out of exercise of options by the employees of the Company under the terms of the NCC Employees Stock Option Plan 2004 which was earlier approved by the Share Holders of the Company at their Extraordinary General Meeting held on November 16, 2004.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 45,76,92,500/- divided into 22,88,46,250 Equity shares of Rs 2/- each from the existing Rs 45,76,77,440/- divided into 22,88,38,720 Equity shares of Rs 2/- each.
