ACC Ltd has informed that pursuant to the Resolutions passed by Circular dated March 07, 2007, by the Shareholders / Investors Grievance Committee of the Board.43,780 shares were allotted against exercise of Employee Stock Options under various ESOS as under:ESOS 2001 : 500 sharesESOS 2002 : 1,900 sharesESOS 2003 : 11,945 sharesESOS 2004 : 29,435 sharesConsequently, the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from 18,73,17,133 shares to 18,73,60,913 shares of Rs 10/- face value, as of date.
