Bharti Airtel - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

Bharti Airtel Ltd has informed that pursuant to ESOP Scheme 2005 of the Company, the Committee of Directors of the Board of the Company at its meeting held on March 07, 2007, has allotted 22475 Equity Shares of the Company to the employees upon exercise of options granted in the following manner:- 19000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up at an exercise price of Rs 221/-.- 1175 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up at an exercise price of Rs 313/-.- 2300 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up at an exercise price of Rs 357/-.With the allotment of the above shares the equity base of the Company stand increased from present level of 1895845932 (Nos.) to 1895868407(Nos.) Equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
