HDFC - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has informed that the Corporation on March 26, 2007, has allotted 19,54,451 equity shares of Rs 10 each under its Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).
