Shringar Cinemas - Allotment Of Equity Shares In Terms Of ESOP

Shringar Cinemas Ltd has informed that in terms of the Employees Stock Option Plan 2004 of the Company, four employees have exercised 2334 options which are convertible into equal number of equity shares of the Company.Accordingly, the Compensation Committee of the Company has approved the allotment of the aforesaid 2334 shares in their meeting held on March 26, 2007.
