Ion Exchange - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOS

Ion Exchange India Ltd has informed that the Employees Stock Option Compensation Committee in its meeting held on March 28, 2007, allotted 324,000 Equity Shares to Directors and Employees, pursuant to stock options exercised under the Employees Stock Option Scheme ESOS 2001 and Employees Stock Option Scheme ESOS 2003.
