Polaris Software Lab Ltd has informed that the Shareholders Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 28, 2007 has allotted 1,61,805 Equity Shares to its employees under the Associate Stock Option Plan (ASOP) 2000, 2001 & 2003.
