CRISIL - Allotment Of Equity Shares Under ESOP

CRISIL Ltd has informed that the Allotment Committee of Directors at its meeting held on March 30, 2007, 452060 Equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company have been allotted at a price of Rs 412.25 to the employee and Directors pursuant to their exercising the stock options granted to them under the Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) of the Company.
